Welcome to the Workouts page!

Here I plan on sharing a bunch of different workouts you can do at home, outside, in the gym, for free! Let me start off by saying I have never owned a gym membership. I dislike gyms. I thoroughly enjoy working out outside and in fitness classes, but have never been an iron pumping, treadmill trotting kind of girl. I do however love fitness classes and enjoy the social aspect of working out as well. ‘Aint nothing like a good sweat session!

There should never be a financial restriction to being fit. That’s why I’ve compiled some great quick and effective workouts you can do anytime, anywhere, for FREE!

Strong is the new sexy. Let’s work out! 🙂
